In 2006, Harvis, Inc. was conceptualized as a “non-brick and mortar” business in order to take advantage of technology and trends in remote work. This helps keep our costs down and flexibility up since most HR requests are handled by email or phone.
Similarly, our employees coordinate their own schedules and work from their home offices or client worksites. Our staff are always willing to travel to client worksites or meet with clients in person at our Kingston offices or other public locations to accommodate requests, even with short notice.
