The service period allows us to learn about the situation, offer advice and in most cases the employee will want to call back once or twice to follow up with new developments. After 30 days from first contact, or 30 minutes, the service period expires. If more time is needed, we are here.

Free review and opinion–If you would like your current resume reviewed for visual appeal, layout and basic content, there is no charge. Send it over and we’ll reply by email with our thoughts. Include any questions or concerns you have about your current resume. This free review does not include phone support, email only.
Full edit and design–If you are more inclined to have us update or design a new resume for you, we can do it! The pre-paid non-refundable fee is $99 and includes up to 45 minutes to discuss your resume concerns via phone. The time it takes us to craft your resume is on us. Resumes are very personal and each industry has a different expectation of what a resume would look like.
NOTE: Our service does NOT guarantee your new resume will snag anyone a shiny new job. Any promise of employment results would be quite unethical and misleading. We’ll help get your foot in the door, the rest is up to you. Getting the job offer is much more than presenting a resume.

Interviewing should be considered a TWO way process where the company is interviewing you and you should be interviewing the company. Learn what to expect during a modern interview including how to answer questions, recognizing interviewing techniques and what do you do if you hear nothing afterwards. Let us help answer your questions, conduct some interview role playing and dispel interview myths.
This can be done in person or via email, or both. In person meetings are ALWAYS scheduled in advance at well known public locations such as coffee shops, restaurants, libraries or similar open locations. The pre-paid nonrefundable fee is $149 and includes a pre-meeting resume review and phone conversation of up to 30 minutes plus a 90 minute interview training session. The minimum time we spend with you via email and phone or in person is two hours total. If the trainer chooses to provide you with additional training AT NO COST this is up to the trainer. We will also work in some job search tips to improve your odds of being invited to interview at more companies.
