Get personal HR help now
It sounds like you need solid HR advice. Perhaps you were unexpectedly fired? Did you quit? Is your boss an idiot? Do you need to vent about something the owner, your boss or the HR manager did or said to you? Are you being told the truth? Maybe you think whatever happened to you is illegal, unfair or unethical? Let’s talk it over. What you do as a next step is up to you.
NOTE: This is a pre-paid (pay first) service. No refunds are given and Harvis, Inc. is not liable for any action or results due to the advice we offered. Each situation is based on specific and unique scenarios as explained by the caller. If legal advice is needed, consult an attorney, not Harvis Inc. Harvis is not a call center and any paid requests for service will typically be started the same or next business day.
For $29.99 you are allocated a service period of 30 minutes total over a 30 day period to call or email us about your situation. Restrictions apply. The service period allows us to learn about the situation, offer advice and in most cases the employee will want to call back once or twice to follow up with new developments. After 30 days from first contact, or 30 minutes, the service period expires. If more time is needed, we are here.
Disclaimer: Harvis Inc. is not a law firm, is not licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction, and does not purport to provide legal advice or to provide services similar to that of a law firm. Client should consult an attorney on all employment and business matters.
Resume update / Design
Free review and opinion–If you would like your current resume reviewed for visual appeal, layout and basic content, there is no charge. Send it over and we’ll reply by email with our thoughts. Include any questions or concerns you have about your current resume. This free review does not include phone support, email only.
Full edit and design–If you are more inclined to have us update or design a new resume for you, we can do it! The pre-paid non-refundable fee is $99 and includes up to 45 minutes to discuss your resume concerns via phone. The time it takes us to craft your resume is on us. Resumes are very personal and each industry has a different expectation of what a resume would look like.
NOTE: Our service does NOT guarantee your new resume will snag anyone a shiny new job. Any promise of employment results would be quite unethical and misleading. We’ll help get your foot in the door, the rest is up to you. Getting the job offer is much more than presenting a resume.
Job Search tips and Interview Training
If these points describe you, maybe we can help:
- You’re new to the “modern” job search and need help getting started.
- You’ve been looking for work, but would like to discuss your strategy and experiences.
- You haven’t had any interviews despite allying everywhere.
- You had a few interviews, but no job offers.
- The thought of interviewing makes you sick. Don’t worry, some employers feel the same!
Interviewing should be considered a TWO way process where the company is interviewing you and you should be interviewing the company. Learn what to expect during a modern interview including how to answer questions, recognizing interviewing techniques and what do you do if you hear nothing afterwards. Let us help answer your questions, conduct some interview role playing and dispel interview myths.
This can be done in person or via email, or both. In person meetings are ALWAYS scheduled in advance at well known public locations such as coffee shops, restaurants, libraries or similar open locations. The pre-paid nonrefundable fee is $149 and includes a pre-meeting resume review and phone conversation of up to 30 minutes plus a 90 minute interview training session. The minimum time we spend with you via email and phone or in person is two hours total. If the trainer chooses to provide you with additional training AT NO COST this is up to the trainer. We will also work in some job search tips to improve your odds of being invited to interview at more companies.
